Indeed I like it! I like the steadiness of atmosphere and small shyness to demonstrate all own beauties; I like unobtrusiveness - no high and sharp music levels, mellowness - the background is full of fine rustles and reverberations, pleasure from purposefulness process and stability on the way - the rhythm is talking about it. It enforce the certainty and the reliability, where is dominate McFerrin's truth "Don't Worry Be Happy!".

At first I thought: "But where is intro or small story added to review of EP?". Like, for example, it is about how once I woke up in the rainy morning and noticed beautiful girl (above 18) with not unshaven legs by the side. - Aha, about LOVE and SURPRISES. But here are only dry "Another one was kind of lost until now...", "The others are "old stuff"...", "I recently found this track...", "This 2008 - unreleased yet - track was supposed to be part of a Schall netlabel EP. Instead I choose to release...". Then I realized - there's no need! This music harmonically integrated with my internal force - it's like the tool for motivation, the petrol for self-expression, my most yummy cake that I buy once in half-year not to scare its beauty and magic. The other side is that I'm afraid to burn the CD and keep in the pocket because exists the possibility to overeat and become the fat yoga thinking only about so close Himalayas, harmony and how to write 2000 tantra yet.

Wow that's a great review Tutik ! I'm impressed and I think I should hire you for further releases' description :)

I don't speak English very well so my introduction to this EP is very minimal. "Episodes perdus" means "lost episodes", those tracks were put aside for a moment and I finally decided to release them.

I'm glad you notice the music levels. I feel involved in the whole "loudness war" and I always try to keep a minimum of dynamics in my tracks - at least for techno music standards.

Is it possible to quote your review on my perso website ? :D

Have a great weekend,

You are welcome! As we are the friends with INQB8R, I write (try, at least) the review only that posted here. So we'll waiting for the info about new release :)

Yes, the name of "Lost Episodes" is very suitable for current release. Actually I feel [with help of Google :)] that title doesn't contain something personal or abstract.
But if we go deeper and take my review...

As I do not write the music and not perform any kind of mastering, the "loudness war" is strange for me - I can image what about you are talking and it can be indeed very actual, but it would be great if you put any link about it or describe it by yourselves.

Yes, of course!

Cheers!

Thanks, I'll quote your review on my website this week ! :D

About the loudness war, here is what Wikipedia says :

"The loudness war, also referred to as the loudness race, is a publicized criticism of the recording industry's practice of digitally mastering albums with progressively increasing levels of loudness and reduced dynamic range."

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Loudness_war

I had hard times explaining dynamic in my own language to my best friend so I prefer you read this Wiki page, it's simpler with images an examples. My English isn't very fluent hehe.
